For a Flat Fee of $499 your home will be placed on the Official Realtor's MLS (Multiple Listing Service), Realtor.com and AlaMls.com for 12 months. This will allow all realtors in your area to market your home to their buyers for a Sales Commission Only. You ONLY pay a sales commission if a realtor finds an accepted buyer (3% - Only if your home sells "By a Realtor.") You Still Reserve The Right To Sell Your Home "By Owner" And Pay No Commission!! Your home will be advertised on ByOwnerSource.com Until It Sells. Broker assistance is included throughout the entire process. The broker will present and negotiate all offers through real estate and answer any questions you may have, all the way through to closing. A Realtor lockbox is also included, but is optional.
